Penelope Owsley was the love interest of Krusty the Clown in The Simpsons episode, Once Upon a Time in Springfield. Krusty first met her before he accepts the new addition. Penelope reveals that she joined the Krusty the Clown show because she was a big fan since she was a little girl. She and Krusty start a relationship. After the Krusty the Clown show episodes shown them singing love songs to one another and Krusty also held her hand in marriage and Bart and Milhouse try to sabotage the ceremony by showing her pictures of ex-wives. Krusty decides to cancel the wedding. Penelope moves to France and becomes sad. She then sees Krusty's reflection in the water and Krusty is actually there being in the water. She jumps into the water and Penelope begins to have romantic feelings for him as the two float down in the water.
