Janet Weiss is the female protagonist in The Rocky Horror (Picture) Show and the love interest of Brad Majors. Her last name was Weiss in the original show and film. In Shock Treatment, her last name was changed to Majors when she and Brad married.
Biography[]
The Rocky Horror Picture Show[]
Based on the show, Janet is sweet and naive. She and Brad become engaged after the wedding of their friends Ralph Hapschatt and Betty Munroe. They then decide to visit their old friend, Dr. Everett Scott. On the way, however, they get a flat tire, and, noticing a castle, they decide to go there for help. However, they find themselves at a party being held by Dr. Frank N. Furter, a scientist who unveils his creature, Rocky Horror, to them. After she and Brad are seduced by Frank in their separate rooms, Janet wanders around the lab and finds an injured Rocky. She bandages his wounds and they form a bond. However, Frank is not pleased that Rocky slept with Janet instead of him, and she is also surprised to see Dr. Scott at the castle. He tells them about his nephew, Eddie, whose corpse is revealed to them by Frank, which causes Janet to scream and flee in horror. He then turns her, along with Brad, Dr. Scott, Columbia, and Rocky into statues and prepares them for the floor show, which they are then seen performing in. Later, when Riff Raff and Magenta announce their return to Transylvania, Riff Raff kills Columbia, Frank, and Rocky, much to the shock of the others, including Janet. She, Brad, and Dr. Scott are then allowed to leave by Riff Raff as he and Magenta are about to head back to Transylvania in the entire house. They escape and survive the explosion of the house as it takes off.
Shock Treatment[]
In this film, Janet is now married to Brad after their engagement and they are hosting a game show called Marriage Maze, hosted by Brad's twin brother, Farley Flavors, who plans to take Janet for himself. Luckily, however, after the events, they escape with Betty and Ralph.

Brad is Janet's fiancé. He gives Janet a ring to prove he is not joking about his love for her. They eventually marry in the sequel.
Rocky Horror[]

When Janet finds Rocky injured after a dog chase, she bandages his wounds and they form a bond, which infuriates Frank.
