Kanon, real name Yoshiya, is Jessica Ushiromiya's love interest in the series Umineko: When They Cry. He is a serious and fervent servant of the Ushiromiya mansion. He maintains the belief that he and Shannon are nothing but "furniture". He considers Shannon as an older sister and highly disapproves of her feelings for George, as he believes she should not feel love as she is only furniture. However, he himself has feelings for Jessica.
