Anna Leonowens is the love interest of the King of Siam from the 1999 animated musical film, The King and I. She is a widowed teacher. She enters Siam along with her son, Louis as she meets the King of Siam as she becomes the royal school teacher. She then brings a different way to bring the King of Siam and the many children in the royal academy as she becomes the royal schoolteacher. She begins to have romantic feelings for the King as the two begin to dance. The villainious Kralahome wants to overthrow King Mongkut eliminated from the throne, but after Anna manages to stop Kralahome and Kralahome is banished from Siam as Anna returns her feelings to the King as the two begin to dance towards the end of the film. She is voiced by Miranda Richardson with Christiane Noll doing her singing voice.
